Who: Perfect for Men & Women – Beginners & Intermediates
What: Boot camp is a fun & efficient way to burn calories and get fitter, leaner & stronger. Run, jump, push and pull your way to fitness. Simple movements with a twist. Med balls, push sleds and battling ropes add variety in a never-the-same workout to challenge your body.
When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: Mon and Wed at 7:30 – 8:15pm, Fri at 6pm
Introductory Fee: 8 week program is $200, which works out to $7.40 per class!
